Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by Participant
- If cancellation is made after payment but more than 1 week before the course/batch start date – 90% of the fee will be refunded.
- If cancellation is made within 1 week of the course/batch start date – 50% of the fee will be refunded.
- If cancellation is made after the course/batch has commenced – No refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation by Generative AI Consortium
If a course, internship batch, or program is canceled by Generative AI Consortium due to unforeseen circumstances, 100% of the fee will be refunded to all registered participants.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact us through any of the following channels:

Please provide your registered name, payment reference, and course/batch details.
All eligible refunds will be processed within 4 to 7 working days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Downloadable digital content
- Custom consulting services
- Completed sessions or partially attended programs
